Prague

A fairy tale scenery

16 May to 16 May

Visiting Prague is like entering a true fairy tale setting. A city to discover on foot and enjoy the architecture, castles, palaces, squares and streets, making this one of the most romantic European cities.

Start by visiting the Castle District where is located the Prague Castle, symbol of the Czech nation, among many other places of interest. In Malá Strana enjoy the typical streets with bourgeois houses that are the preferred setting for films and commercials. In Lesser Square and around it you will find shops, churches, traditional pubs, restaurants and a beautiful view over the river. Cross the famous Charles Bridge, filled with sculptures, beautiful views and artistic performances.

In the Old Town lies one of the greatest symbols of the city, the Astronomical Clock. Go through one of the Kafka's house, the famous writer, and stroll through the picturesque streets lined with restaurants, cafes, street vendors and street performers. Be sure to visit the Jewish Quarter (Josefov). In the New Town, the Wenceslas Square, also known as the square of the Prague Spring and the Velvet Revolution, is one of the busiest in Prague. At the top is the statue of St. Wenceslas and the exuberant National Museum, whose pantheon is unmistakable. On the avenue with 700m you will find many shops, restaurants, cafes and luxury hotels. In the evening watch the National Puppet Theatre or take a boat trip on the Vltava River.
